Description
Join Two Mountain Winery, Dineen Vineyards & Van Arman Vineyards for our annual Inside the Barrel Educational Experience in the Heart of Zillah Wine Country!• Book your session - $70 per person for all 3 wineries! (Club $60)
• Experience & Learn!
-Sourcing Barrels: Where do barrels come from, why does source matter and how much do they cost
-Coopering: How are barrels made and what is toast? What sensory characteristics do barrels give wine
-Using Barrels: How do winemakers care for barrels & use them to craft the perfect blend
-Smell & Taste! Sample a minimum of 3 wines at each winery including barrel samples and wine in bottle to compare & contrast as you learn
• Sessions available Saturday 4/29 & Sunday 4/30 (11am-3:30pm) - limited number of spots available per session
